As many of our products are handmade, please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During launches, promotions, market periods or particularly busy times, processing may take slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed if there is a significant delay.

Shipping

Moon & Mallow currently ships within South Africa.

Available delivery options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times will depend on the selected courier service and delivery location.

Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote delivery areas or delays outside of Moon & Mallow's reasonable control.

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
