Welcome to Moon & Mallow. By accessing our website or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Moon & Mallow

Moon & Mallow is a South African small business offering handmade accessories, gifts and novelty items.

Our products are handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture and finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device being used.

Product availability is subject to stock availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payment must be successfully completed before an order will be processed.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Moon & Mallow does not store customers' full card or banking details.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, we will begin processing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact, delivery and other information supplied when placing an order is correct.

If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Some Moon & Mallow products may be handmade or made to order.

Processing times may therefore vary depending on the product and order volume. Where applicable, estimated processing times will be communicated on the product page or to the customer.

6. Delivery

Orders will be delivered using the delivery or collection options made available during checkout.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Moon & Mallow's reasonable control, including courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All original Moon & Mallow designs, photographs, graphics, branding, product names and website content remain the property of Moon & Mallow unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Moon & Mallow will take reasonable care in fulfilling orders and supplying products.

To the extent permitted by South African law, Moon & Mallow will not be responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
